Have you Been Spammed by Chinatrust Bank?
Agents of said bank are practically everywhere, handing out flyers to salaried workers that promise that so-called “salary stretch”. Basically, Chinatrust Bank wants you to borrow money from them, so that they can make money off you from interest payments.
