Having a portable device seems to be the norm these days as I see people, friends, and relatives each having one or more of the following gadgets: a smartphone, tablet device, portable audio player, a portable gaming device or even the now universally owned cellphone. Technological advancements and competition in these markets have driven prices down to very affordable levels that almost everyone you meet has a portable device. Companies are packing these devices with the latest tech which run on the limited power charge afforded by batteries.

I’m sure you have experienced it: Running out of charge while waiting for a text/call, getting a low battery notification while in transit, forgetting a charger on a out of town trip, these are the times when a portable recharging device comes in handy.

Today, we have one of these devices called the Inboosta Travel Booster Portable Charger. It is a good looking, well designed and colorful device that is slightly longer than half of my iPhone 4S and twice as thick. The one that arrived on my doorstep was colored baby blue so i felt it had a relaxing feeling going on.

Spec wise, these portable battery chargers all start to look the same. Sure, the Inboosta sports a compact and colorful shell, as well as mutiple cables for various devices but what makes the Inboosta Travel Booster Portable Charger stand out? Well, for one, the Inboosta doesnt get as hot as other chargers. This is probably due to a feature that may be called intelligent charging where the Inboosta doesn’t overload your devices by efficiently streaming power. It also shuts down when your device is fully charged. Very handy.

Good looking, compact and intelligent, the Inboosta Travel Booster Portable Charger is one of the better products in its class. Highly Recommended.

The Inboosta Travel Booster Portable Charger 5200mAh costs 2490 pesos and is available at the following stores:

Switch
Digital Hub
Astrovision
Astroplus
Banana Telecom
Beyond the Box
Digital Walker
