Abe “Yugatech” Olandres is New Country Manager for Nuffnang Philippines

This just in: local blogger and “technopreneur” Abe Olandres has been named as the new Country Manager of Nuffnang Philippines, a region-wide blog advertising service with a strong presence in the Philippines.

The official announcement:

Two years ago, we introduced Carlos Palma as the Country Manager (CM) of Nuffnang Philippines. Now that he has bid the company farewell, it is time to introduce a new CM.

Just like his predecessor, he is very passionate about blogging. He is a well-known blogger in the tech industry and a successful technopreneur (hint: he was our featured blogger last June). When Nuffnang was starting out here in the Philippines, he introduced the company to the local blogging community, and even guided the team with his technical know-how.

Today, we are very proud (and excited) to introduce the newest addition to our team…

A pioneer Philippine blogger, Mr. Olandres manages one of the most visited blogs in the country (Yugatech.com).

Nuffnang is a blog advertising network that was started in Malaysia back in 2007 and has since expanded to the Philippines. The company’s head offices are located at B5 along Bonifacio High Street in Taguig City. The network has attracted advertising clients like Nike, Sony, and KFC.

Mr. Carlos Palma has since joined Havas Media Ortega, “a fully-integrated media agency”. It as of this writing has a non-functional website.
