We got Tangram’s Smart Case 2 for review this week, is it a good buy for iPhone users?

Tangram’s Smart Case 2 for iPhone 4 and 4S is an iPhone case that looks to be tailored for people who dont like carrying wallets and just want to bring their phones along when going out. That makes sense given that Tangram is a company based in an Korea where plastic and credit cards are more in use than in the Philippines. It is a good idea and might be attractive for young and trendy Filipino iPhone users.

The Tangram review unit comes with the case itself in color white and a metal money clip that is meant for both paper money and cards. The case itself snaps onto your iPhone and is quite sturdy. I prefer the rubberized cases myself but the Tangram is solid and light compared to other iPhone cases out on the market. The clip is attached/slid onto a slot in the back area of the case and is perfect for holding onto a few credit cards (or IDs) and paper bills. One notable feature of the case is that it doesn’t cover your phone all throughout but snaps on and leaves approximately half of the front facing part exposed.

Bottomline: If you’re looking for a plastic iPhone case that is light yet solid, check out the Tangram Smart Case 2.
