Globe resurrects Immortal promo, raffles off BlackBerry for Valentine’s

Yesterday, Globe relaunched its famous set of “Immortal” prepaid promos. Included in the rollout were three other promos (also for prepaid users) and a special love-themed way to access the telco’s SIM toolkit.

All the promos listed below can be activated by dialing *143# (a USSD code) on your phone, and pressing the send or dial button.

Immortal Trio

50 texts to Globe/TM + 5 texts to other networks + 5 minutes of calls to Globe/TM for only P25

Unli All Trio

Unlimited calls and texts to Globe/TM + unlimited mobile browsing.

• 1 day for P60
• 3 days for P150
• 7 days for P350
• 30 days for P1,400

All Net Combo

Unlimited SMS to all networks + 5 minutes of calls to all networks + 50MB of consumable mobile browsing

• 1 day for P30
• 3 days for P80
• 7 days for P150
• 30 days for P600

Unli Tingi

Unlimited texts to all networks + unlimited calls to Globe/TM + unlimited mobile browsing

• 1 hour validity for only P5
• Registration available from 7am-9am only

Nothing’s really “unlimited” of course. But for normal everyday use, these new Globe promos promise better value for the telco’s prepaid subscribers. It’s also worth noting that the *143# menu provides better accessibility and promo registration and load monitoring tools. Whatever the case, we’d love to hear your feedback dear prepaid readers.

To build more exposure for the new *143# USSD, Globe is also raffling off free load and a BlackBerry 8520. Details below:

2. Tweet your Valentine message with the format: “A BIG #immortal143 to , message http://bit.ly/Globe143″. Example: “A BIG #immortal143 to my family. Happy Valentine’s Day! http://bit.ly/Globe143″
3. You may send as many entries as you like, as long as each entry is unique.
4. Promo period is from February 14-19
5. One (1) #immortal143 tweet will be randomly chosen daily at 8pm and will win ₱1,000 worth of Globe Prepaid Load.
6. One (1) lucky tweet from all the entries within the promo period will win a new BlackBerry 8520 at the end of the Valentine weekend.
