Looks like the old Microsoft OS is located somewhere in Batanes (Thanks Diane Reyes!)

For comparison, check out the original “Bliss” wallpaper that came with Windows XP. It was photographed by American Charles O’Rear in Sonoma County, California, according to an old article available on the Internet Archive.
