Text Spam Warning: Fast Cash Loan
An unsolicited text message from +639351817546 promises “Fast Cash”, through a “1M Loan”.
The entire message:
Need Fast Cash! Avail up to 1M loan for as low as 1.28%int/mo.No colateral.pls cal & txt Ms.Wella [number redacted].Pls dsregard if not intrstd. Thanks
A disturbing I’ve noticed with text spam lately: Messages ending with “Please disregard if not interested” or something similar. It’s as if text spammers think that kind of ending makes their unsolicited marketing more acceptable. But let’s say you were walking on a public street, and someone suddenly approached you, tried to sell you something, then said “please disregard my offer if you’re not interested”. Wouldn’t you still feel irritated?
