Whether or not you’re excited about Tron: Legacy (personally I am), here’s your chance to win one of three Tron: Legacy USB lamps and a pass to the debut IMAX showing!

What’s Up for Grabs?

  • 4 Tron: Legacy USB Lamps
  • 2 Tickets to the Tron: Legacy gala premiere at 7:30 PM on December 16, 2010. The venue is SM Mall of Asia’s IMAX theater

We’re now giving away two tickets to the advanced screening, not one.

Who Can Join This Contest?

Unfortunately, to keep logistics simple, we will have to limit this contest to people based in Metro Manila only.

How Many Winners Will There Be?

I’ll choose 4 winners. Each will receive the aforementioned USB lamp. From the four winners, I will choose one at random. He or she will score the two tickets to the December 16 premiere.

How Can I Join?

It’s easy! All you have to do is:

  1. Like the Technograph Facebook page if you haven’t already
  2. Leave a comment on this article using your real name and a working email address through which I can get in touch with you.

How Will the Winners be Chosen?

On December 14, two days before the premiere, I will choose the four most meaningful comments (based on my personal opinion). As mentioned above, the winner of the advanced screening ticket will be chosen from these group of four at random.

Here’s why it’s important to using the right name and email: Upon selecting the winners, I will email the good news to them right away—and instructions on how to claim the prizes.

Any questions? Hit the comments below.

Anyhow, I’m really looking forward to watch TRON! It features Olivia Wilde, one of my favorite! Jeff Bridges is another reason to watch. Plus, the story seems cool! It touches about family too w/c is always nice.

I think I definitely get your money’s worth to watch TRON and since its 3D its gonna be exciting to watch, and this movie was filmed from the outset in 3D format. Iwant see Jeff Bridges de aged as his CLU program, watch out also for a cameo appearance of the producer of the film and director of the original TRON and Sam Flynn.

Just sharing some Facts: According to Pixar’s documentary, John Lassetter (CCO of Pixar) this is the movie that inspired him to go on a different path and pursue his dream to combine animation with technology, without this film there’ll be no PIxar he says.

… the idea being transported to a virtual world where programs were personified to be human representations hit me, like in MMORPG, but the difference is you’re inside there, maybe someday this would be possible, we could be avatars and meet people on the “grid”. Yey!

  • narutochard

I’d really love to see the movie in 3D, not just for the TRON experience, but if ever, this is the first time i’ll have the experience to watch in an Imax theater and share the excitement everywhere. yay!
