If anyone questions Steve Job’s influence on the tech world, he can simply point to the following online video ad and say “See? I’m big even in the Philippines!”
See Lola Techie mimicking Steve Jobs’ black-shirt-and-denim ensemble, and using the Apple founder’s famous “Boom!”?
The new ad advertises iWantv, an video streaming site that—in case you weren’t paying attention to the ad—serves shows from ABS-CBN, like Wowowee and Pinoy Big Brother. The service only works for Bayantel and Sky Broadband customers. Luckily however Bayantel recently sent me one of their USB modems, so stay tuned on my take on iWantv.
