But likeness and logos are a different issue. Apple is notorious for suing companies with apple-shaped logos form schools to supermarkets.

I think Amazon.com has the trademark for bookstores and online stores only and not computer shops. Trademarks are tied to an industry so that you can have Apple(TM) computers and Apple(TM) juice drinks if there was one.

the logo is obviously amazon with a touch of citi. The arch is citi. haha
