Horrific Picture of Erap Found Online

I definitely do not want Erap returning to Malacañang, but someone please tell me that this horrendous picture, depicting Erap wearing a leopard-print jockey, is a fake.
If the above image is indeed a fake, whoever made it should have their ability to use Photoshop revoked.

It sure is photoshopped. Look how distorted the pavement in the background. And also the lower part of his legs
