Technology made the local call center industry possible. And the call center industry continues to provide jobs for Filipinos. The unimaginatively named People2Outsource is currently looking for call center employees. According to them, here are the top 10 most wanted call center jobs.

I honestly don’t understand how a company nurse can be the 3rd most in-demand call center job, though that reality probably applies to People2Outsource’s current requirement needs—and it’s possible the list as it appears was not prescribing a particular order. At least it’s an opening for the growing nursing graduate population. Most of the time, call center careers are built from the entry-level position up to management, but some management jobs—like marketing and PR—can also be filled by candidates with relevant degrees and good resumes.
