The Nokia E75: now that we have one to play with, here are even more pics, and some initial thoughts about this email-centric device.

As you can see the E75 is a slider featuring a numeric keypad and a QWERTY thumboard underneath. The sliding mechanism is snappy, but leaves some wiggle-room; perhaps prolonged use will lead to loosening?

The keyboard will take some getting used to. Unlike the Nokia E63 and E71, with their rounded keys, the E75′s is completely flat, making it ever-so-slightly harder to press. Initial speed typing tests looked promising though, with times dropping as hand-eye coordination improved.

Function-wise the E75 seems similar to the E71—save for some enhancements to the messaging app, particularly for email management.

Stay tuned for the full review. As of this writing the Nokia E75 retails for P23,560.
