HR 1109 (Con-Ass) Passes, Captured Realtime on Twitter

Mere minutes ago, the Philippine House of Representatives has approved House Resolution 1109. The measure seeks to turn Congress into a Constitutional Assembly, paving the way for changes to the Philippine Constitution.

It was all captured on Twitter, at hours usually too late for mainstream media to operate.

User caffeinesparks witnessed the proceedings. She posted over 140 short updates during the marathon Congress session, keeping everyone who was paying attention informed on what was happening (also see notes below).
