A Place to Have Your Dell Laptop Repaired in the Philippines?

Not sure if reader Grace is shilling for CoolTOYZ, a laptop retailer with a branch along Ortigas Avenue after Greenhills, but here’s what she had to say about having her Dell laptop repaired:
@Don, Jr. you may email CoolTOYZ Laptops at inquiry@cooltoyzph.com. They repaired my Dell laptop bought from Canada. This was rejected by local Dell repair centers in Manila, luckily parts were replaced by cooltoys in 48hours.
The opinion was lacking important information. What did grace mean by “rejected”? What model was her Dell laptop? And how much did repairs cost her? I’ve replied these questions; hopefully an update is forthcoming.
My only experience will CoolTOYZ was going to their Ortigas to look for an electric surge protector for my old Dell Inspiron E1505. I would’ve appreciated the vendor offering alternatives after telling me that no protector was available for model, instead of staying quiet and waiting for me to leave, but that’s just me. In any case, that was over two years ago, and I haven’t returned because I’m simply too busy.
In fairness, I’ve heard a lot of good feedback about CoolTOYZ’s prices (at least compared to other local retailers). And the retail chain is definitely known for its laptop repair services.

my partner recently had her XPS M1330 repaired to Nexus Technologies. they’re also an official Dell Service Center here in the Philippines. the M1330’s motherboard was replaced in 2 weeks and running well again. so looks like there are 3 or 4 service centers here so far?
