When Will the Dell Inspiron Mini 10 Reach the Philippines?

Forget the Inspiron Mini 9. Its successor is set for a February 26 release in the US anyway, with a worldwide release promised shortly after. At a launch price of $399, you can bet that a standard unit will cost more than P20,000 if and when it gets here. Then again, that could a few weeks or a few months. Also, would this laptop take forever to repair in the Philippines if it broke down?
