Only one thing i could say with these confusing numbers these greedy celphone companies about…they are out to confuse people and commit mistakes in calling a wrong company to charge them higher. See, just now they charge me P1 peso for making a call because I thought the number I tried to call using smart calls unlicall is a smart number! SMART and Globes are smart thieves!
