Since 4G looks a bit more like 2G, the size difference is expected. What I’d like to know are the differences in terms of capabilities.

Well, the 4G has more or less the same capabilities as the 3G. It can play music and video, and iPod games. The newer nano sports the new iPod firmware, though I’m not sure exactly what that brings.

It’s quite disappointing that you didn’t compare the two products comprehensively. If I were to write a comprehensive comparative review, I’d discuss if the 4G nano’s genius feature actually weighs more in terms of feature compared to the 3G. I’d also describe how the new features of the 4G nano are worth it. I was actually looking at this post since I wanted to know the difference from a person who has tried it. I would’ve appreciated if this ended on a conclusion if the 4G nano actually stepped up from its predecessors and if it’s worth a buy.

I love the 4G i know its better than the 3G nano bec it has more features like colors the 3G only has black and gray which isnt that fun i have the green 4G nano and i love it its amazing if ur wondering should i buy the 4G nano TURST ME buyy it its worth buying!!!!!

and ive been looking for DAYS on ebay for a new nano 3g,, and i think i just may get a 4g..
and you can get it free shipping and engravment on the back of the 4 generation too on the apple.com website!!
