The magic of online video captures President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo “fuming mad over her staff’s mishandling of an event”:
Imagine, several people are needed to set-up a teleprompter and move a chair. Would you react the same way, and have we found the cause of our country’s many ills (incompetent staff)? Manolo does a great job adding context to this incident:
A president with a temper is nothing new, and it could even be argued that Filipino-style management seems to require a volcanic fury to get underlings to get things done. In itself, it is neither unpresidential or unseemly. She’s displayed her temper before. But what was different was that the President displayed a different kind of anger altogether.

Okay, that was hilarious. What ever did happen to the teleprompter? And why did they use such a tiny presidential seal?
