Why We Like Going to Bona Coffee
Well, sophisticated (some would say conyo pare) peeps would love Bona Coffee’s ambiance, friendly staff, and high-end presentation values—that lack any pretension whatsoever. Not to mention their great selection of sandwiches, muffins, and of course, coffee. Admittedly bit pricey, but well worth it in our opinion. Still, that’s not why we like going to Bona Coffee.
Being the tech-obsessed geeks we are, we love Bona Coffee because of the free WiFi. That’s right, you can get the cheapest item on their menu, and spend the whole day surfing. Better yet, you can plug in to charge, again for free. Even if you don’t have a laptop, you can always use the internet-capable computers, which are available in both Bona Coffee’s BF Homes Paranaque and Westgate branches.
The internet’s pretty fast over here at Westgate; we’re uploading a 300MB video to Vimeo at over 45 kilobytes a second! Like we said, the cheapest item (a P65 whole wheat mini sandwich) will get you WiFi for practically the whole day, but be more gracious and expect to spend at least P250/head. That will get you a drink and some food at least.
More info available via Bona Coffee’s website. Also, check out Southbound.ph’s lengthy feature.
We at Technograph are interested: which other establishments in the Philippines offer free WiFi as part of the package?
