Airline Business Magazine’s May 2008 issue has ranked budget air-carrier Cebu Pacific “first in terms of passenger growth”. As Yahoo! Finance reports:

CEB carried a total of almost 5.5 million passengers in 2007, up 57.4 per cent from 2006.

CEB recently offered an unprecedented 500,000 seats for free with the passengers paying only for the surcharges and government tax.

Kudos to them; let’s just hope they’ve fixed their new, Navitaire-driven online ticketing system.
