Windows’ Taskbar does a great job of providing quick access to active applications. But it does suffer from some limitations. Taskbar Shuffle, a small download that’s absolutely free, addresses these.

Taskbar Shuffle makes it possible to reorder the taskbar’s buttons by dragging them around. The same is true with the system tray icons. You can download Taskbar Shuffle at snapfiles.com/get/TaskbarShuffle.html.
